Cibo tipico della cucina toscana, e zuppa pisana strepitose! Un ottimo posto se cercate qualcosa di più, non un pasto qualunque. Anche opzioni vegane, davvero ottime e non facili da trovare a Pisa. Consigliatissimo! P.s. anche la musica è piacevole e accogliente!

Ich war um 18:00 dort essen. Die veganen Gerichte auf der offiziellen Karte gab es nicht. Dieses wurde mir leider erst gesagt, als ich mir schon ein Gericht auf der Karte ausgesucht hatte und bestellen wollte. Ich hab mich dann auf der Tageskarte für eine Pilzlasagne entschieden. Diese war leider sehr lieblos angerichtet. Foto hab ich leider vergessen zu machen. Ich fotografiere mein Essen eigentlich nie. Geschmacklich war es wirklich gut, aber leider waren die Lasagneplatten total überkocht, da dass im Mund alles wie Brei angefühlt hat.

We had the Gorgonzola and Sausage Pizza and the Tiramisu as dessert. It tasted amazing. The staff was professional and great. We sat outside and enjoyed the food.

The sausage was amazing. Unlike other places, it was homemade along with the Gorgonzola. Definitely recommend the vegan pizza!

The vegan cheese plate was terrific. I think most if not all of the specials or vegan. Vegan lasagna was excellent. Multiple of the desserts were vegan, with the tiramisu being fantastic.

We had the lasagna and a pizza (pesto, mozzarella) and the tiramisu. Eerything was clearly homemade and so delicious! We would definitely recommend this place.

We were so happy to find this place in Pisa. The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing. We had a vegan cheese platter, three different pizzas, and a vegan tiramisu - everything was excellent. The owner himself is vegan. Highly recommend! (I would give them 5 stars, but HappyCow doesn’t allow it for places that aren’t fully vegan or vegetarian.)

As we arrived, they asked if we are vegan and showed us their special which only contained vegan options. The pizzas were very good. And the vegan tiramisu is a must have.

Una sola parola: magnifico ! Ogni piatto si vede dalla presentazione e dal gusto e’ stato studiato e provato tanti . Dalla degustazione di formaggi, alla lasagna e alla pizza abbiamo trovato un gusto strepitoso e davvero ricercato. Ci tornerò sicuramente quando saremo in zona . Continuate cosi .

We had the most incredible starter possible. A board with so many different kinds of fruits and vegan cheese made by the owners themselves. The vegan pesto lasagna is also amazing. They have many different options for deserts as well. Not to be missed!

We absolutely loved Ristoro Dantesca. Although it's a traditional Italian restaurant, they’ve done a fantastic job adapting some classic Italian dishes to vegan cuisine. The menu includes very original and tasty vegan options, which we truly appreciated.

The team fully understands the concept of veganism, and they even serve vegan wines.
At the end of our meal, we had the chance to chat a bit with the owner, Matteo, who is vegan himself. He told us about his dream of one day turning the restaurant into a fully vegan place. We sincerely hope he achieves that dream in the future. It’s an honour to support businesses like his, moving in that direction with such passion and commitment.
Don’t miss the vegan spaghetti alle vongole and the Nutella pannacotta — both are absolutely amazing!

+ Bellissimo arredamento esterno con tovaglie rosa e fiori sul tavolo, esteticamente gradevole e pulito.
+ Tantissime opzioni vegane: pizza con formaggio vegano, tiramisù vegano, pasta, dessert, lasagne e molto altro. C'è molto tra cui scegliere, ed è delizioso!
+ Ampia selezione di bevande analcoliche e cocktail (ad esempio, Hugo, Mohito), che apprezzo sempre nei ristoranti :)
Torneremo sicuramente!

Didn’t see the vegan specials - Edit
I was so excited to go here but the vegan options on their main menu were very limited & kind of odd (no vegan pasta dish? But a sushi). I ordered a pizza with “Gorgonzola” & “sausage” and it wasn’t very good. Then we left to pay and saw about 3-4 other vegan options as specials on their chalkboard, including pastas & a lasagna I believe. I would give it another try for the specials!

We had two pizzas one with pesto and ricotta which was amazing. And another pizza with tuna which was okay, the tuna was sashimi style and had not the best flavour. All in all expensive but I would still recommend
