Prima volta al Ristoro Dantesca. Atmosfera familiare e piacevole, proprio da ristoro o vecchia osteria. Sorrisi e simpatia. Menu vario e di ottimo livello. Principalmente tradizionale, ma con varie opzioni vegane molto interessanti. Apprezzata la domanda iniziale per sapere come eravamo orientati al tavolo per proporci i piatti più adatti.

Great Italian cuisine made vegan - Edit
Very friendly, attentive service. We had vegan lasagne, a fresh mixed salad, roast potatoes and a lamprodotto veg stew. Washed down by their own vegan beers and then a vegan tiramisu. Everything was delicious and we highly recommend a visit.

The vegan options here were very clearly labelled and well thought out. We shared the vegan cheese and fresh fruits appetiser and I had an absolutely stunning mushroom stew for my main, I think they called it a poet stew? I was already very full and satisfied but decided to try the vegan tiramisu and I'm so glad I did. The chef clearly cares about vegan food. The vegan wines were also clearly labelled.

The vegan Gorgonzola tastes exactly to the real one, that is insane! One of the waiters makes the vegan cheeses by himself! So cool!

Great options & friendly staff - Edit
Several vegan options for all courses and the staff were super friendly and familiar with vegan food. They also have several vegan dessert options, like tiramisu, pana cotta and biscotti, which isn’t very common in Italy. Even the wines are labeled vegan. Recommend!

Ho apprezzato molto l’attenzione al veg, con proposte più curate della media e non solo alternative “di ripiego”. Per esempio, la lasagna veg al finocchietto selvatico e zucchine è una proposta originale e ben pensata. Anche il tartufo fresco è un grande valore aggiunto e rende il menu ancora più interessante. Consigliato a chi cerca cucina vegetale con qualcosa di speciale.

Rich, creamy, and full of fresh Mediterranean flavor, it had a perfect balance between the sweetness of the zucchini and the aromatic touch of wild fennel. Ich war um 18:00 dort essen. Die veganen Gerichte auf der offiziellen Karte gab es nicht. Dieses wurde mir leider erst gesagt, als ich mir schon ein Gericht auf der Karte ausgesucht hatte und bestellen wollte. Ich hab mich dann auf der Tageskarte für eine Pilzlasagne entschieden. Diese war leider sehr lieblos angerichtet. Foto hab ich leider vergessen zu machen. Ich fotografiere mein Essen eigentlich nie. Geschmacklich war es wirklich gut, aber leider waren die Lasagneplatten total überkocht, da dass im Mund alles wie Brei angefühlt hat.

We had the lasagna and a pizza (pesto, mozzarella) and the tiramisu. Eerything was clearly homemade and so delicious! We would definitely recommend this place.

We were so happy to find this place in Pisa. The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing. We had a vegan cheese platter, three different pizzas, and a vegan tiramisu - everything was excellent. The owner himself is vegan. Highly recommend! (I would give them 5 stars, but HappyCow doesn’t allow it for places that aren’t fully vegan or vegetarian.)

Una sola parola: magnifico ! Ogni piatto si vede dalla presentazione e dal gusto e’ stato studiato e provato tanti . Dalla degustazione di formaggi, alla lasagna e alla pizza abbiamo trovato un gusto strepitoso e davvero ricercato. Ci tornerò sicuramente quando saremo in zona . Continuate cosi .
