Vegan dishes available - Edit
I found out after I had been that there is a apparently a vegan/vegetarian menu available. However, there were bruschetta di pomodoro and risotto ai funghi which were very nice. There isn’t much more available on the standard menu but having just arrived in this town in the Alps I don’t think there will be much available at all.
Read moreUpdated 1/2: on revisit I was told risotto ai funghi had butter in it 😩 but the waitress was very helpful and asked the chef for other options on the specifically vegetarian menu. Chestnut and mushroom soup was surprisingly delicious, would love to have it again anytime. Other options were minestrone and pasta with crema di zucchine.
