Fine dining option with vegan menu on request

While there are no vegan options listed on the menu, the chef at Mistral (located in the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni) is able to create a fully vegan menu on request, however advance notice and booking is required. The seven course vegan taster menu is exquisite, and the raspberry sorbet created at the table with liquid nitrogen is a particular highlight!
