Vegetable salad - Edit
I went here with a mixed group and got the vegetable salad. It had spinach, raddichio, courgette, tomato, potato, and fennel. It didn't come with any dressing, but luckily there was good olive oil and vinegar for the table. The ingredients were good quality, and I was happy with it.

Not a warm recomendation - Edit
We visited ristorante de len, a nice place. There were few vegan options and we had to ask to make them vegan, most of the options were vegeterian. We ordered the club sandwitch wich was dry but with great potatos and the peas cream with bread wich was tasty. We will not recomend coming here especially

Fine dining with a few vegan options - Edit
A delightful escape from the usual pizzerias in Cortina d'Ampezzo, this Michelin Guide listed restaurant offers refreshing vegan options. The vegan risotto and sautéed vegetables were particularly outstanding. The service was impeccable, and the prices were quite reasonable.
