Da cinque stelle

A parte i canederli - che consiglio vivamente ai vegetariani -, la tagliata vegana con verdure e polenta è strepitosa! Le verdure, soprattutto le melanzane, non mi hanno fatto impazzire (a parte il cavolo), ma complessivamente è un ottimo piatto!
