VEGAN OPTIONS in Negrar

Large menu, including traditional dishes, pizza and vegan options, such as: rice with curry vegetables,
soy noodles with garlic and chili pepper, veggie and grain soup and my choice, which was tofu with roasted vegetables and a soy and beer vinaigrette dressing.
The veggies were ok, but the tofu was quite tasteless, simply out of the package and cut into thick slide. While the idea of having a vegan section in the menu should be praised, it is to be hoped that the other options were tastier than mine.
