Best grocery store in region, great vegan options - Edit
Great place to pick up vegan options for picnics and stocking the vacay cottage. Picked up some vegan sandwiches (BLT and curry tofu) and some salads (bean, quinoa) one day and another day a garden salad and a tofu entree (maple tofu, brown rice, roasted zucchini) - all were excellent. Lots of vegan pantry items (cheeses, alt protein meats, non dairy milks) etc and also you can support local farmers by purchasing their produce - got some high bush blueberries and purple cauliflower among other treats. Best grocery store in the region for vegans .

Very Vegan-Friendly - Edit
This restaurant offers tons of vegan options and can turn non-vegan dishes vegan upon request. We especially loved the Veggie Gyoza, Sesame Vegetable Noodles, and Pad Khing dish. And if you visit during Covid times, the staff is super careful and you can dine safely outside.

Great people and great products! - Edit
Rising Tide is fantastic! They have lovely grab-and-go options, a fantastic bulk section, and every vegan item is labeled with a green “v” on the price tag. They also have a great salad bar and delicious baked goods!
