A lot of essentials

They had some fresh fruits and veggies-enjoyed yummy blueberries and greens. The owner’s very sweet and helpful. They had tempeh and vital wheat gluten which I can’t always find and I got the snacks and basics that I needed as well. One downside - looked for a vitamin supplement and all the capsules were gelatin☹️. A definite plus that I don’t see everywhere: small amounts of dry bulk as well as the standard larger amounts.
