Excellent coffee and good food - Edit
Latte with oat milk was amazing. The tots with seasoning are to die for. Avocado toast was nothing special but still good.

Excellent breakfast burrito - Edit
My husband described the Happy Cow breakfast burrito as the best he's ever eaten at a restaurant. I love that they grill it after assembling-- it is truly well done and the coffee was excellent as well.

The vegan options here are limited, but they are amazing! The vegan breakfast burrito and green salsa were incredible (though small in size), the specialty Serrano pepper hot sauce available is vegan, the açaí bowl ordered without honey was so tasty, and many of the coffee flavor syrups are vegan (just ask which ones). Great seating options indoors and a trendy environment.

Breakfast wrap and smoothie - Edit
Only one vegan breakfast sandwich option (tofu scramble burrito) which was very tasty. Also got a coffee banana smoothie but with coconut milk so they can make their smoothies vegan, too. It was delicious!

The happy cow burrito is sooo good, add beans to it! Amazing with the salsa verde and sriracha. Love their hot sauce selections, I forget the brand of hot sauce but it’s one of my faves. Their avocado toast is also delicious. Oat milk latte 👌🏽

Come for the experience - Edit
Rise up originated on the eastern shore and slowly it has expanded to the western side of maryland. It is truly an experience going to rise up’s and I would recommend if your a local or just coming to the beach for a weekend. Coffee is great and plenty of options for plant milks. Food and smoothies are provided by “mad egg” and is really great food. The prices arent bad considering the portions and there are some good vegan options (there are just better non vegan options ☹️). The foods is also incredibly fresh. I always get the fruit bowl or açaí bowl and it truly is a meals worth of fresh produce.

I got the vegan breakfast burrito which had scrambled tofu, potatoes, and avocado in a gluten free wrap, it was delicious! They have online ordering which was super easy and convenient to grab and go! I’d love to go back try their coffee smoothie, they have plenty of dairy free milk options !

Best coffee in town hands down - Edit
Rise up offers three different non dairy milks for their drinks (oat, almond, and coconut) at no extra cost. Everyone that works here is so friendly, and their vegan breakfast burrito is SO good. The only thing that could make it better is if their coffee smoothies were vegan too! I recommend doing online ordering if you're in a hurry
