Amazing brekkie - Edit
Loved this place for weekend brekkie. Parked at Edith Walk car park which is super close. Smoothies with protein were brilliant, hot chocolate & coffee great, rise and shine breakfast fantastic and autumnal pancakes wow. Service great. Nice place to sit too. Vegan cookbooks and magazines to read. Sofa option. Outside and inside seating.

Yum cakes - Edit
We visited Rise twice during our visit to Gt Malvern, we had two lush cakes on visit one. Visit two we had lunch, the old man had the tofu egg mayo sandwich and I had the omelette.... The egg sarnie was very nice but I didn't like the omelette very much, which saddened me, it also made me tum hurt a bit but that didn't last. The staff member on visit one was super friendly, which was really nice. I'd highly recommend popping by

Super tasty - Edit
Amazing selection of hot and cold drinks. We stopped for lunch and there were a few wraps and. sandwiches to choose from. I've had the rise and shine wrap and it was super tasty! Chilled atmosphere and lovely staff. I will be back.

Great place - amazing flavours - Edit
I came here twice when on holiday in Malvern, first for coffee and then for lunch. The food here is really lovely - and the cruffin (part croissant, part muffin) was really indulgent and lovely. The Rise and Shine wrap was full of protein and flavour and they had a really interesting range of hot drinks including mushroom coffee!
Read moreI also bought slices of quiche to have back at home and they were really flavourful as well!
I will certainly be back next time I’m in Malvern.

Staff a bit nonchalant but pistachio cake picked up the slack and the setting. - Edit
Cannot comment on the food unfortunately as they stop serving at 3pm and we arrived just after. We got some cakes, the death by chocolate cake was not chocolaty really, the pistachio one was absolutely gorgeous 😍 would return for that and the cookie ice cream was ok.
Read moreThe gent that served us was nice, not rude but not sure if he was just done for the day or maybe tired, he put one of the cakes in the box upside down which removed most of the topping and just didn’t seem to bothered we were there in all honesty. Would return to try the food and the cafe set up was really really cute.

I got a chickpea omelette and the rose matcha drink. The omelette was crispy with lots of veggies and had a side of a tart, cold yogurt sauce. The rose matcha was very refreshing and not too sweet at all, great floral flavor.

A Must - Edit
Went with a group of 20 of us, so managed to see many different options. I went for the Rise & Shine breakfast which in my opinion looked the best option when it was served - and it tasted amazing! Everybody else enjoyed their food too though, and there was nothing but positive feedback.

I would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Didn't plan a visit but spotted this gem whilst walking through Malvern. Very friendly with 100% vegan offering. Ended up with a Potta Gold smoothie and an almond croissant. Delicious 😋 Also grabbed a Charitea drink for the drive.

Cosy lunch - Edit
We visited after a walk in Malvern Hills and had the most delicious lunch. The hot drinks (PSL and hazelnut hot choc) were so lovely and felt so festive. We had the Reuben and Rise and Shine Wrap. Generous fillings and full of flavour. The sticky toffee cake was the best I’ve ever had! Love the ethos of the place too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rise - Edit
Cosy, small cafe with a focus on WFPB and sustainability. A few tables inside and outside, may need to wait for a table at busy times. I had the Rise Royale for brunch which arrived quite promptly and was a substantial portion. Fresh flavours, but for me didn’t quite hit the 5* mark as the tofu was just a thick slab and not flavoured. I’d happily return when in the area again.

Amazing - Edit
Visited Gt Malvern while away for the weekend. After reading positive reviews, we decided to give Rise Plant Kitchen a try. Everything on the menu sounded inviting, we wanted to try it all! I decided to go for the Carrot Lox Crispbreads, my husband had the Korean Tofu bites. We followed this with a stack of pancakes smothered in Chia jam, white chocolate & macadamia nuts. I think it’s safe to say we enjoyed every mouthful. The only negative is we live too far away to make this a regular thing.

Varied, interesting menu - Edit
It was great being at an all vegan cafe and so being able to choose anything I fancied off the menu. Hard to choose though! I had the quiche which was nice although a small portion, especially compared to the protein omelette one of my family members had! It’s a small space so felt a bit too warm and the noise of the blender was something else, so incredibly loud. I found that very disruptive as it was hard to hold a conversation whenever it was on and it was a regular occurrence.

Vegan food heaven - Edit
I liked that everything was vegan and they offered some glutenfree options. Although they actually served me the gluten breakfast option, but when I saw the bread, I knew that couldn't possibly be glutenfree. So they exchanged it. For the pancakes, they could add some fruits and/or yoghurt, as we found it a bit dry. For the smoothies, we would have preferred cold milk, as they were served quite warm. But in total we were really happy with the options and the quality.

Bowled over by the choice of beverages - very much of the moment. Even a simple falafel wrap was bursting with flavours and the cookie - perfectly gooey!

A bit of a delayed review as we went in August but feeling like we're due another visit!
Read moreWe had a lovely breakfast before our walk up the hills- I had a breakfast wrap and my partner had the full English style breakfast. Both were tasty and filling for a good price, as was the unpictured Almond croissant that I was very excited to see!

Lovely little café - Edit
Small café tucked away just off the high street, with lots of unique and intriguing options (drinks and food) as well as normal/popular items. Had a mocha and a croissant, which were both awesome, and my partner had a beetroot latte (which is pink and tasted great). Decor is nice, and friendly staff too. Definitely worth a pit stop when in Malvern. EDIT: been back for food aand the Tofu Benedict is just perfection! 😍
