Convenient location, good variety - Edit
The food here was nothing revelatory, but it was convenient to get to from the metro station and served a filling and varied meal whenever I went. The desserts in particular were excellent.

I had the pastels and banana cake that was nice but not amazing. Next time I tried the hamburger that was nice, the bun was a bit dry.

Não me conformo como moro em Copacabana desde sempre e nunca tinha reparado nesse estabelecimento. Provei o executivo de torta de beringela, e minha avó me acompanhou numa feijoada vegana. Tudo de gosto impecável, com atendimento super atencioso! Vou virar cliente fixa com certeza!!

Lovely vegan café in the heart of Copacabana - Edit
A small café in the main eating and shopping streets of Copacabana. They have an English language menu. The desserts were delicious!

Disappointing in the evening - Edit
I went at about 6pm and they only had soup, desserts and a salad dish available. I had the salad, which was a big plate of lettuce with a few shreds of carrot and a small cassava tart kind of thing (which was nice). It's the kind of 'meal' a meat eater makes for a vegetarian!

I had lunch here 3 times during my stay in Rio, and I loved it.
They only have 1 option each day, but it's always tasty and 100% vegan. The price is not expensive, daily menu + juice costs about R$30 (12 U$D)
The place is small, fits only 8 people! But it's rarely crowded.
If you're in Copacabana near Arpoador and Ipanema, I recommend this place.

Deliciosa lanchonete vegana.. E a torta de cacau com nozes é MARAVILHOSA.
Pasteis honestos, massa finíssima e cheio de recheio.

Delicious and Friendly - Edit
I had 2 days in Rio, and I ate here twice. The owners are so friendly, and the food is great and affordable. It is right near the tunnel between Ipanema and Copacabana. The Pastels de Forno are all excellent, and the lunch special with salads and a lentil burger was great. Really delicious vegan chocolate cake and mousse too. Try the passionfruit-ginger juice! Definitely a great place for vegans.
