Unforgettable farming dining experience! - Edit
Excellent vegetarian farm to table restaurant amongst lush greenery. Operates as an open kitchen where you can observe and help prepare the food. The taste of the food and presentation is immaculate, the best vegetarian meals I have ever tasted!! In addition the cups and cutlery is made out of mate fruit which you can find around the farm; this is a very sustainable and cultural method. I highly recommend this place to all people visiting Canao and in general Ecuador!
