Vegan Indian In the Desert - Edit
This place is located in the Rio Casino. The menu is clearly labeled as to what items are 100%! Vegan. We ordered samosa's, and eggplant dish and a yellow curry. The samosa's were amazing! Probably the best I have ever had. I used their dipping sauces to add a bit of spice to it. The entrees were both good. The eggplant was better. I felt the curry was a little runny. Overall a great night out and there is a Wine Cave also located in the Rio that has the best wines from around the world with great service.
