It's January and really cold outside. It's 8:20 a.m., I and others are waiting outside without being intrusive. The staff inside is preparing. They see us waiting outside, but neither of the two staff members invites us in at 8:30 a.m. nor provides any further information; they simply leave us standing outside. Sometime around 8:35 a.m., I politely enter the bistrot and friendly greet the staff, whereupon without greeting me neither with "Hola" nor "Buenos días", they rudely inform me, that it's not yet open. Neither did they told me when they would be ready, nor did they offer me (or the others) the option to wait inside in the warmth since it is very cold. When I politely asked when they would open, both visibly extremely annoyed employees initially did not even respond, and then eventually mumbled something incomprehensible. I travel a lot, get around a lot, and I have seriously never experienced anything such unmotivated, rude, annoyed, and utterly unwelcoming!
I wonder how anyone could even think of running a bistro if they don't like the customers or the people in general, quite stunning 🤔😅.
Since I'm staying in Seville for an extended period, I can assure you that there are other fantastic and very friendly vegan (or places including vegan options) alternatives restaurants and bistrot in Seville.

It was all very tasty but a bit expensive.

Amazing options - really tasty! I had the Chai porridge bowl and it was delicious. My veggie partner had some eggs on toast that looked beautifully prepared. The staff were friendly, the prices were good. Soya and oat milk as vegan milk options.

We had coffee and breakfast here while we were in Sevilla. The prices were kinda high for this part of town, but it felt okay according to quality.

My biggest gripe was the 0,50€ extra for plant milk which seems just disproportionate (Oatly). I almost dropped a full star because of that. Either change to a cheaper alternative or diminish the extra to something more reasonable...

Everything tastes great and they really care about the presentation here (including the matcha latte). Also, they added some banana slices with caramel on the banana cake, super nice. They're not fully vegan, so ask what's vegan if you are. They charge extra if you request gluten-free bread, but it is homemade and it is so good that it makes it worth it.

Vegetarian café with vegan options - Edit
Menu says plant-based, but only some of the items are vegan. The rest are lacto-ovo-vegetarian. The street curry (vegan, EUR 11) was good, served with two slices of warmed sourdough bread. Takeaway containers cost 20 cents. Coffees, juices & smoothies, breakfasts, bowls, bakery treats, Thai waffles(?), hummus, avo and a veg burger (vegan sausage made with chickpeas and buckwheat). Two small tables outside and a bit of seating indoors.

Great specialty coffee with oat milk. They also have a selection of vegan sweets and vegan breakfast and brunch options. I only tried the banana bread and it was great.
