A hidden vegan gem in Pontevedra! 🌮🌱 - Edit
El Rincón Mexicano is a true classic in the city—and one of my absolute favorites. This was my sixth visit, and every time it’s consistently delicious. While not a fully vegan restaurant, the staff are incredibly accommodating and happy to adapt traditional dishes with plant-based alternatives. It’s a spot that deserves way more attention from the vegan community!
Read moreWe had guacamole, nachos, sopes, molotes, and even a veganized cochinita pibil. They replaced dairy with vegan cheese, chorizo with soy, and chicken with pumpkin flower—keeping everything flavorful and authentic. The cocktails are also great, especially the margaritas!
I can’t give it five stars here because the app only allows that for 100% vegan places—but this place truly deserves five stars. Don’t miss it if you’re in Pontevedra!
