High hopes, but totally disappointed - Edit
After taking over 40 minutes hiking around a huge 6-story mall to locate, we finally discovered the address listed on HappyCow was widely incorrect. Conveying our frustration to staff when we finally located, fell on death ears - they just didn't careless. Service was terrible. The food arrived some 8mins later all in paper packaging. Despite eating immediately, our burger buns (Chico Sandwich and Quarter Pounder) were soggy, the lettuce wilted and both dripping with a runny cheese. Neither burgers were pleasant to eat. The chips were hot and crispy but lacked salt. The Chico Nuggets also lacked salt and some of the worst nuggets tasted. Overall, it was all terrible and we would not go back.
