Rifugio hut with Vegan options - Edit
Visited this Rifugio whilst hiking, it is located at the top of the Lagazuoi Cable Car. The Vegan Burger was a great option!

Decent food with great views! The veggie burger was quite good, I think it was a beyond burger with caramelized onion, tomato, and lettuce. They also had a vegetable soup that looked vegan.
