Serves meat, vegan options available. Has vegan cheese which can be used to veganize many of the dishes. Or build your own pizza. Wide selection of microbrew beers including ones from the local brewery in the village.
This is the place we take visitors from out of town and also a regular haunt for take out when we know that we will be running late for dinner. The name (and bike theme in general) is a nod to the large mountain biking community in the village, which is surrounded by forest with many mountain bike trails. The whole restaurant seems like a labour of love with great attention paid to minor details - even down to the bike parts used to hold the bathroom tissue. The food is excellent both in taste and presentation and they have consistently had staff who seem genuinely enthusiastic about working there. It's not the best option if you're in a hurry because it is popular but if you plan ahead or are wanting to make an evening of things rather than grabbing a quick bite before going elsewhere then this is a really good option.

Great pizza but expensive - Edit
Didn't note about the massive surcharge for vegan cheese even though we were removing two types of cow cheese
