Great food truck spot at a brewery - Edit
We got the taco salads and were pleasantly surprised by the portion size (larger than expected) and good serving of chips. The dressing had a great spice to it as well.

Ricochet Cafe is a food truck that operates seasonally at The Brewing Lair during the warmer months.
Read moreVegan options include tacos or loaded twisted fries topped with a crumbled black bean veggie patty, onions and confirmed vegan chipotle & bbq sauces. No vegan cheese option so you have to request no cheese.
Considering the area it's great to have some decent options. The Brewing Lair also lets you picnic with your own food as well.
