Came here on a trip to Joshua Tree. Here's my Richochet review.
Read moreThis was a surprise find. I was just walking along the little main strip in Joshua Tree and saw organic espresso advertised, so I walked in. It's a tiny little place with shelves and a few small tables, art and homemade aprons hanging on the walls. The front counter/coffee bar area features a small glass case with the morning's baked goods - healthy but not vegan. There is also a glass case with several readymade food items (lasagna, savory pies, etc.), some of which were ovo-lacto vegetarian. I got a iced espresso coffee to go. It was delish.
