Serves meat, vegan options available. Thai fusion restaurant with vegan choices. Menu includes vegan khao mon tofu (ofu over coconut, ginger and garlic rice served with sweet chili sauce), Shabu Shabu hot pot and mee group tofu (crispy rice noodles, tofu, bean sprouts, and scallion mixed with tangy tamarind sauce). Also offers monthly changing dim sum, some of which may be vegan - call ahead to confirm. Open Wed-Sat 11:30am-2:30pm, 5:00pm-8:30pm, Sun 10:00am-2:00pm. Closed Mon-Tue.

Could be better - Edit

I don't know if I ordered the wrong thing or what. I got the MEE GROP TOFU. I ended up eating the whole thing, I was very hungry and it was not filling at all. Had maybe 3 ingredients in it.

Pros: Friendly staff, Clean, Good location

Cons: Not a lot of food options, Used so much single use items, Packaging was wasteful

Rice Box Kitchen was named in Yelp's top 100 restaurants in the US for 2023! They have a couple of vegan dishes on their usual "take-out" menu that come prepared in boxes, and offer a vegetarian hot pot when you reserve in advance. The restaurant is small so it's not guaranteed that you'll have a seat inside, but everything is plated on disposable boxes so not a big difference eating in or out
