Decent spot in area with restaurants with few vegan options - Edit
I had the Broccoli Bowl with Tofu and brown rice. Decent portion size and generous helpings of both broccoli and tofu. The dish came with a salad that clearly had a creamy dressing but waitress didn’t know ingredients so I didn’t eat it (she did offer to bring me a salad without dressing). Given limited options for restaurants in this area that have vegan menu options, I’ll probably come back.

Lots of options - Edit
They had one of the biggest vegan sushi options I've seen. With tofu and veggie rice bowls or noodle bowls. Even appetizers! Plus very affordable with 3 sushi rolls for $10.50

Something fishy here - Edit
Waitress came over, I asked if miso soup was vegan. Immediate 'yes,' I asked 'oh, no fish stock, for sure?' No, no, vegan. I pushed a little further, as I wasn't feeling so confident: 'oh, so you get many vegans coming here?' ' yes, everyday.'
Read moreOk, then another waiter came over to take our order - I asked him about the miso soup. 'no, they make with fish paste, but I'll check.' and sure enough, fish-paste.
So we ordered rice noodles tofu veggie bowl. And it totally smelled and tasted like fish! I asked what was the broth, such a strong flavor. 'oh, they use potato.'
I never go to Asian restaurants unless they have a clear vegan menu - but it was Sunday night, nothing else open. Hardly anything there for vegans/vegetarians.
Pros: None
Cons: Use fish-stock and don't tell you!
