Limited vegan options – but amazing sauna experience! - Edit
Visting the saunas in Ribersborg (or "Kallis" as the locals call it), and taking a dip in beautiful and refreshing Öresund is a wonderful and very classical Malmö thing to try, all year around.
Read moreThe cafe usually have some vegan sweets and sandwiches, but the selection is not great or very creative, and a bit overpriced in my opinion. I would recommend focusing on the saunas and the swimming, and getting your fika elsewhere.

Quaint little place to stop - Edit
Quaint little cafe in the open air baths in Malmö. They had a grilled veg hummus roll with a vegan chocolate ball. Staff spoke English and were friendly in telling me the ingredients. Both those and a hot drink were £8.
