supporting small business - Edit

i have been going here for about a year now fairly consistently. The staff is very helpful and if the kids are with me they chat with them and let them help with creating displays, etc. I could go to Giant and might save a couple bucks if I did, but wouldn't get the same service. For the more expensive products i just wait for a sale month. Definitely check it out!!!

Pros: great monthly sales, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great choices

Cons: can be pricey

Rhubarbs is fantastic - Edit

They have vegan candy, health and hygiene products, vegan groceries, and just about anything else you can imagine. This is an absolute must for a vegan in Lancaster. Some days, they sell cold vegan sandwiches in case you're looking for lunch.

Well, there is no Whole Foods to go to..... - Edit

I frequent Rhubarb's, probably going there once every two weeks. They sell nutritional yeast and sea vegetables that cannot be found anywhere else in the area. They also have a good selection of vegan cheeses, sausages, and ice cream. They sell vegan milk chocolate, as well as lots of vegan personal care products. The sandwiches that they get in every Thursday are phenomenal, albeit pricey.

Pros: helpful staff, lots of vegan products

Cons: pricey, don't sell teese
