The only non-vegan ingredient is cheese and it can be easily & happily omitted. Located inside the Finca Encanto La Salada (there is no sign post for Revolucíon Bananera just for the Finca) and you must call to make a reservation in advance. Instagram is revolucionbananera. Outstanding vegan oasis in paradise - Edit
I love this place. A short hike from the main square of Jardin, and conveniently close to some of the must-see natural attractions, Revolucion Bananera captivated me. The food is delicious and healthy, and all my non-vegetarian friends loved it too. You can also tell the people working there care about the environment! If you like birdwatching, this place will also be entertaining.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Simple and hearty meals prepared with so much love, very generous portions too. We had the avocado cream and sopa de la abuela, hashbrowns with brócoli and mex. Everything was just fantastic, sopa de la abuela is out of this world delicious.

Great find! Really enjoyed the food. Amazing flavours, fun vibes and nice people. Make sure you ask for the location on WhatsApp first as no sign on the street. It’s down an entrance to the left. Really recommend!

Incredible options to choose, including Colombian and non-Colombian food with some of the ingredients coming from the owners' home garden. A pleasure to spend the afternoon there and chat with the couple that owns the restaurant.

I love the food, the owners, the setting, everything. All the details, the love they put into making everything themselves from scratch. They even made me several dishes to takeaway over the New Years Eve holiday when I asked to ensure I had food with things being closed. So grateful to have found this oasis.

This is a really lovely family run restaurant with delicious food - I had the Tortilla Flat (a hearty bowl of frijoles with fried arepas) - it was wonderful and filling. My wife had the rice with veg and we shared a plate of patacones. We both left stuffed after lunch and didn’t need dinner later! The only ingredient they use that isn’t vegan is cheese which they are very happy to remove if requested. **Just note that it is located inside the Finca Encanto La Salada - there is no sign for Revolucíon Bananera (it took us a while and a bit of lost googling in the rain to find that out) and you must ring or WhatsApp them to book in advance**

Worth the walk or short taxi ride from town center. Beautiful cosy place with gorgeous views. The food was insane and so creative, we were gutted that we were leaving the next day, just because we wanted to come back and eat here again & again. The owners are so lovely and their little boy is so cute and friendly. All in all a very special place.

Great view and food here. We had the hash browns with brocoli and hash browns criollo, both of which are really recommendable as they were very filling and tasty. The pineapple juice was a little watery but the orange was great. The music didn’t quite fit the location, but that is a minor thing.

Watch out, HappyCow sends you to the wrong direction, use google maps directly, it’s a 10-15min walk from the central square. The view is absolutely beautiful, the food delicious and creative and all super fresh. Kind staff and I hope to visit again!
