Terrible tofu

I really wanted to like this place, but what kills it for me is the “spiced” tofu. The seasoning is not compatible with many of the ample options for bowls. It has an Indian bent, but it would be better plain (and grilled). STL has some amazing vegan options, but lots of places seem to struggle with tofu.

Delicious Vegan Bowl

I had a delicious Sunday morning bowl with quinoa, black beans, roasted zucchini, tofu, steamed broccoli, mushrooms, pickled onions and cilantro lime sauce. Packed with flavor, but not too spicy, also enjoyed a mango agave limeade. Nearly everything in the restaurant is gluten-free as well. Exceeded my expectations!

Pros: Lots of vegan and gluten free options, Four of their six sauces are vegan, Packed with flavor!
