Good build-your-own bowl options. - Edit
I remember visiting this place a couple years ago and not being very impressed, but we were in the area again and a friend said we should try it, so we did. I built my own bowl, quinoa, black beans, sweet potato, broccoli, collard greens, mushrooms, pickled onions and used the cilantro lime dressing. It was very flavorful and not dry. I wish the steamed broccoli were possibly roasted or something to give it a little more flavor and I felt the mushrooms needed something more too, but overall, the bowl was great. And not badly priced. I tried a few bites of my husband’s bowl, he had quinoa, black beans, spiced tofu, plant based chorizo, broccoli, mushroom, pickled onions and the peanut miso sauce, and I thought that was very flavorful as well. I thought the tofu could use a little more texture/flavor, but the sauce was great. Might have to get that next time. Overall, a good place to get a nice bowl.

Love the options - Edit
Revel Kitchen is one of the first places I went to after I moved to St. Louis, and it’s become one of my go-to’s! I always build a bowl and some of my favorite items are the sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli, tofu, and mesquite bbq tahini sauce. The brownies and avocado toast are also delicious!

Great! - Edit
A great place if you want a restaurant with healthy and delicious vegan options. Though, it is somewhat pricey. It is easy to order custom bowls that fit your personal taste and dietary restrictions. It is easy to get delivery from there as well.

Fantastic clean eating spot - Edit
Got a build your own bowl and there were plenty of vegan choices - clearly labeled on the menu. I’m also gf and it was not a problem at all here. We got three sauces on the side to try- Carolina bbq was my favorite! So good we bought more to go. Cilantro lime was also a great one.

It was fine - Edit
We got the avocado toast, a smoothie, a juice, pbj balls, and sweet potatoes. To say the least, it wasn’t worth driving 20 minutes for and wasn’t worth the price. Read there were tons of vegan and gluten free options and there were barley any.
Read morePros: Avocado toast was decent, Close to the metro, Smoothie wasn’t horrible
Cons: Barley any vegan or gluten free options , Expensive for what you get, Workers are not knowledgeable

Great vegan options. Very healthy. - Edit
Ordered a large build bowl with mushrooms and greens. Tasted good. The vegan dipping sauce that came with it was kinda bland.

Healthy, filling - Edit
I have only tried Revel Kitchen when they catered an event but there were a lot of different items I got to try. It was all super filling and nutritious so I can't wait to stop back in and try food off their menu.

AH-MAZING - Edit
I'm not sure why I couldn't give this 5 stars but they definitely deserve it. LOVE the southern salad or southern collard green wrap. Their vegan gf black bean brownies are so delicious and the customer service can't be beet 😉

Small Portions/Pricey, but Tasty - Edit
Revel Kitchen is a health focused fast casual restaurant. For lunch/dinner it has 4 different "styles" - Southern, Mediterranean, Asian, or Latin that you can get as a bowl, salad, or wrap. You pick your protein, and Mofu tofu is an option. There are a couple of other ways to customize your salad/wrap/bowl, such as getting cauli-rice in your bowl. They also serve fresh pressed juices. I have gotten the Mediterranean bowl a couple of times with tofu and brown rice/quinoa blend, It's quite tasty, but the portions are small and its a little pricey (bowl is $7 plus $5 to add a protein!). I don't think it's worth the money, but as the food is decent I will probably end up back there at some point while in the area.
Read moreI have not been for breakfast, and while they have tofu, it does not look like you can get scrambled tofu instead of eggs. I am certain I had seen the waffles were vegan, but now looking at the menu that is not clear so should be verified.
Pros: Decent Food, Healthy options, Parking garage
Cons: Expensive, Small Portions
