Guy who served us was very knowledgeable about what can be made vegan. They are willing to accommodate here. One of us was gluten free and they subbed our mezzos platter bread for carrot and cuke stix. V nice of them.

We went here last night after struggling not having a reservation and discovered this lovely restaurant (amazing views) run by a lovely family.. the mum/aunty in kitchen and the boys serving, super friendly.
Read moreWe had vegan potato pasta/ravioli - was nice - we had the lentil koftas (not photographed) and they were a MUST! The salads were great too and you get given bread and free Turkish tea at the end - slightly on the pricey side but again, I feel all of Göreme is expensive. Overall, worth a trip! And they also serve this veggie dish in these clay pots (we didn’t have this) but can be made vegan.
