The owner/manager is from India, speaks great English and will help you with the menu to identify the vegan options.

The noodles dish I had (photo below, thin angel-hair like noodles) was average, because it would have benefited from adding peanuts, which they didn't have/do, nor did they have tofu to add instead of the animal protein.
But the Cobra Vegetable Mutbarak (photo below) was fantastic. Definitely worth going there for

Cheap and tasty - Edit
Found this place by accident. Owner was very friendly, spoke English and understood vegan. Offered us various dishes to choose from, including veg fried rice and veg noodles. And he asked how spicy we like them. Happy to accommodate us and leave out the eggs. There are a few veg dishes on the menu. Just check that they don't include egg. Fresh juices were nice too. Meals were only RM6 and they were big portions.
