Great value for money lunch - Edit
We had the daily lunch which is only $2.75 - a great deal! Like always it was a soup, a main, and a drink. The soup of the day was corn and potato, the main was a mix of pasta, beans, soy meat, and fried vegetables with a avocado sauce on top. It also came with a small fresh salad on the plate. The drink was an excellent pineapple juice. Everything was vegan.
Read moreEdit: we came back and tried their burger and the chaulafán. Both were good, but the chaulafán needed a bit of spices. The lunch menu is still the best deal.

I think this is the only one vegetarian restaurant in Puyo. The options are quiet good.

A decent veggie meal - Edit
I went here and had one of the Sunday lunch dishes and my friend had a breakfast meal. Both were good sized servings and tasty. The staff could also tell me what was vegan and what wasn't.

This is a small, cosy cafe / restaurant of 5 tables / 20 seats. Its very close to the intersection. I had no issues being given vegan when I asked the guy who served me. Its centrally located only a few mins stroll from the very centre of Puyo.
Read moreThey offer some Ecuadorian dishes as well burgers and pasta. They have a different menu on a Sunday from the rest of the days they are open. I have no idea whats on the Sunday menu.
No issues getting a take away to eat on the bus.
