Best option in the city

You get a day menu consisting of salad, a main dish and drinks! When i visited it was rice with vegetables and a super tasty sauce. Menu costs only 10 soles! If you’re visiting the main market, it’s only a 10 min walk to the restaurant. It was not located at the exact Google Maps location, but on the other side of the road. Totally recommend!

Nice simple food

Nice, cheap, simple Peruvian veggie/vegan food. It seems they have a set menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had the breakfast set menu for 9 soles (included soy milk drink, rice and vegetables, and salad).

Cheapest veggie meal in town

It still exists! The pin is just one block off in the wrong direction. It faces the "Mirador de la Biodiversidad" which is the big lookout tower you can't miss and is next door to the big gas station on the corner.

9 Soles for a large vegetarian/vegan lunch with soup and plate (my plate seemed to be vegan). They don't have a menu, just the "menú del día" which is the plate of the day. No need to speak Spanish as they will just bring you what they have. This is not a tourist restaurant, it is all locals which is honestly nice to see at a vegetarian place. Don't expect anything fancy as it's a hole in the wall cheap meal. I believe they are also open for supper.

Pros: Super cheap, Came with what looked like a piece of soy meat

Cons: A bit of a walk from the center

Basic but cheap and tasty

I don’t know if it’s only vegetarian or vegan as they don’t speak English and my Spanish is not very good either. However, both dishes they had on the day were vegan and they understand veganism. No menu. Just whatever they cook on a day. 8 soles for a soup and rice with vegetable stew. Good enough for me
