Very fresh vegetables - Edit
This place was my first vegetarian restaurant, very clean and light.
Pros: Nice portions
Cons: It takes a while to prepare your food

Simple, unassuming, tasty - Edit
You'd easily walk past it, but the food here is great, comes with lots of salad and pickled jalapeños. The owner happily will make you vegan options.

Good central veggie place - Edit
This place offers a selection of vegetarian meals, some of which are vegan. I ordered the veggie burger without cheese. It was huge and contained a lot of salad which I liked. However the soy pattie could have done with some flavour, or they could have provided some spicy sauce, mustard etc. The fruit flavoured waters are huge (1L) and good.
They also bring a bowl of spicy pickled veggies to the table, and these were quite tasty and different.
Not the best meal I've had in Mexico, but far from the worse.

Cons: Could do with some spice

Friendly, nice, tasty - Edit
We loved this simple and unassuming little place. We had cheese quesadillas and coconut smoothies. The plate came with a bunch of fresh veg on the side and the smoothies were really large. The bill for two of each was 78.
Pros: Friendly, Tasty, Inexpensive
Cons: Could use some decoration
