Very good food here

I went here on a Monday in March 2022. As of right now the price for the meal of the day is 12 soles. There are a handful of other vegetarian restaurants in this area but in my opinion this one is the best. When you consider the price, it is an excellent value. It's within walking distance of the Plaza Real Salaverry shopping center. They have at least 10 tables on the large outdoor patio and more seats inside. I found the food to be very good... Not just tasty but attractively presented as well. Many vegetarian restaurants in Peru don't worry about the food looking attractive and sometimes it comes out monochrome and boring. While they are technically vegetarian restaurants there are very few colorful vegetables on the plate. Not here! My starter plate was the quinoa soup which had bits of green and orange vegetables mixed in and then the main plate had sauteed vegetables which included lots of bright broccoli and carrots, along with garbanzo beans and brown rice. It was a really good experience and I hope to return soon. They opened in December 2021.
