No vegan/vegetarian options

No vegan/vegetarian options. The maximum they can do is an ovo-lacto-vegetarian option which is either omelette (probably with cheese inside) or pataniscas (not even sure if pataniscas have fish or not). I was the only vegan there and the solution they offered me was a lettuce and tomato salad. I asked if they could give me at least any other kind of vegetables besides salad and they only gave me boiled green beans (frozen ones from the supermarket - not fresh ones) and plain rice.
Also, you better ask for the menu itself (even though they only have fish and meat though) because otherwise they will just tell you two or three meat options like “today we have this, this and this” - all meat.
