Opened since 2013, this restaurant serves vegan food except for honey used is a few items - ask. Uses seitan, soya, tofu, and almond cheese. Large variety of smoothies and juices. Has herb and grain based coffee. Daily lunch special includes soup, main course, and drink. Reported closed to HappyCow, Mar 2016. Open Mon-Thu 10:00am-6:00pm, Fri 10:00am-4:00pm, Sun 10:00am-6:00pm. 100% Vegan Restaurant in Ensenada - Edit
Quesadilla Restaurante is a wonderful 100% vegan restaurant located near the main tourist area of Ensenada (along Boulevard Lazaro Cardenas/MEX-1/MEX-3).
We enjoyed quesadillas with mushrooms + avocado, fresh squeezed juices and a pineapple-guayaba-lime smoothie. It was delicious! For our entire meal, we paid $22 including tip. We also had a chance to meet the chef who suggested next time we try the Ranchero Tacos or the Ranchera Quesadillas. The service was quick and pleasant.
Well worth going if you're a vegetarian or vegan in Ensenada.

* They also offer a variety of beverages including juices, smoothies, teas and coffee.
* Easy street parking.
Hours are Sunday - Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and on Friday from 10am to 4pm. They are closed on Saturday. Please note these times are accurate as of November 2015.

Great Traditional Mexican Vegan near Beach! - Edit
- What a great find. Really comfortable and spacious place with an awesome location just a few blocks from the Beach. Comfy, Traditional style Mexican decor with an awesome set of choices for Vegans. Were talking several Vegan "meats" including Asada, Pollo, Carnitas, El Pastor, Chicharon.
- When we were there they also had a delicious super fresh Guacomole and Tortilla chips. They have a daily special that runs the gamut from vegan chicken fajitas to meat balls. Nice big portions (little left over for the "doggy bag"), and they specialize in juices and smoothies. Also has a tasty breakfast menu with the standards from pancakes to chilequile. Highly Recommended.
- I wish I'd been staying in town long enough to go a half dozen more times. Something to look forward to next time I'm back in the area.
- You'll end up spending between $3 U.S.($35 Mex) and $7 U.S. ($75 Mex) per meal, maybe a little more if you go big on Food and Drink!

Didn't expect to find a 100% vegan restaurant in Ensenada but we did! Closed on Saturday, Sunday- Thursday 8am to 11pm Fri & Sat 8-4.
Not the best we've ever had but super happy to have choices!

Amazing Vegan Chicken torta and tacos. They also have a variety of vegan desserts. They offer vegan cooking tips.
