Da pra montar um prato variado e básico no kg. Tem opções de saladas e legumes, carboidrato (arroz, batata doce, macarrão e batata frita), proteína (tinha feijão e salada de grão de bico). Os pratos quentes tem indicação do que é vegano/vegetariano. O valor é salgado para as opções oferecidas, mas acredito que toda a alimentação no Inhotim seja.

A good option for vegans in the area. The options weren’t just fries and did have a bit of thought go into them, also the beans were a solid protein option.
