An oasis - Edit
Having been surviving on potatoes and salad at the nearby all inclusive, this was an oasis. The waiter talked confidently about which dishes were vegan and the different processes in making them. I had the soya “chicken” curry and it was delicious. I would have taken photos but my hands were shaking too much from hunger.

After one week in Lanzarote Island, this restaurant was an oasis to taste some good vegan proteins.
