Great, go try it! - Edit
We had such a nice meal there! They have a vegetarian section on the menu and most of them are vegan already or can be made vegan. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We could try things we would have never tried otherwise, like a grilled cactus! Delicious!

Vegetarian options! - Edit
Vegetarian options and a staff that follows directions and understands what it means to not eat animal products. I found this place after a terrible experience at the jade caracol. I am happy to tell you that there are places in Palenque that don't put things in their menu when they don't understand what they mean.
