Vegan Vegetable Paella in beautiful location

Nothing in the are on Happy Cow for vegans so tried this hoping for some chips or something suitable for lunch, but was pleasantly surprised to find a decent vegetarian menu on offer.

Chatting to the lady she was well aware of the vegan diet and guided us through which dishes could be made vegan with no trouble.

We went for the Canarian Potatoes with Mojo sauce and vegetable paella, both lovely.

Beautiful location right on the beach with a view of the waves crashing on the lava beach, highly recommended!
