MUST TRY IN SAN PEDRO

My 5 course tasting meal here was absolutely amazing, and ranks in the top five restaurants I’ve tried in the world. The tasting menu carefully curates local ingredients and flavors to deliver a taste of Chilean cuisine inspired by the family history of the owners. Each course was truly incredible, with vibrant flavors and careful attention to my party’s dietary restrictions. This is a new restaurant, only 7 months old, and delivers a very refined and thoroughly thought-out dinner. This was an amazing way to finish our stay in San Pedro!

Our 5 courses included:
Snack: vegetable carpaccio with local potato chips and vegan rica rica aioli
Course 1: chañar mole with corn tortillas
Course 2: pumpkin puree with nutmeg foam
Bread: fresh charred potato bread
Course 3: roasted garden vegetables with rica rica sauce
Course 4: atacaman stew with fried pumpkin leaf
Course 5: desert fruit sorbet with anise glaze and sweet pumpkin puree

Restaurant offers a transfer service for extra 15.000 CLP

Deserves 6/5 stars, absolutely incredible meal.
