Last time I was in Valladolid, it was closed.

as fate would have it, me and my girlfriend (both vegan) have moved to this city in spain (where vegetarianism is not so widespread nor as accessible as in the US). upon entering, we were told that everything being served for lunch contained no animal products. we ate three courses. first miso soup, then a cabbage/onion blend that tasted surprisingly great, two rices with spiced mashed-nut topping and a squashlike puree. ended the meal with chocolate cake. the food all had a great taste, if a little on the bland side - though this is coming from someone with a huge sweettooth. but the portions were large. overall experience: im sooo glad to have this place in my city! definitely worth the search if you find yourself in the area.
Pros: price (compared to usa veg. prices), non-smoking, vegan food in spain!
