An oasis in Sierra Nevada

Not only is this one of the nicest restaurants in Sierra Nevada, always with a great atmosphere, it offers amazing food and not just a vegan burger. I had the mushroom risotto with coconut cream and lemongrass, and it was divine. The staff are super nice, too.
