Vriendelijke service aan een gezellig!/mooi pleintje. Er zijn een aantal vegan opties, o.a. rijst met groente, ingelegde/gezouten groente en chips de bocianto. Het eten is goed bereid.

Nice option - Edit

This restaurant offers nice things that are different from other Cuban restaurants and is worth a visit, but don't expect to be particularly impressed either.

The buffet is 12 CUC, but when I went, the waitress said they would only charge me 6 CUC since I was vegan. I also visited the buffet with the waitress and chef to know what was vegan or not.

I made my own salads using fresh veggies (chard, beets, cabbage, tomatoes) and the dressings were nice. You can also use some white balsamic vinegar from the bar counter and it makes everything taste delicious.

When I went, there was also cooked okra, rice with veggies, mixed cooked veggies (potatoes, carrots, peas) and cooked squash.

For dessert, the fruit salads and the fruits that come in some sort of syrup are really delicious and are included in the buffet.

I returned there a day later and asked for the spaghetti that was on the menu, but just with tomato sauce (no cheese and no meat). It was cheaper than the buffet, and it turned out pretty delicious, and much better than the majority of spaghetti dishes you are going to have in Cuba.

Pros: Buffet cheaper for vegans, Great atmosphere, Helpful staff
