Fine dining

You will need to make a reservation and indicate you’re vegan, the surprise menu is very good, the chef will make sure the vegan options are on par with the regular menu and will serve surprising dishes with local ingredients, very cozy and friendly atmosphere.

Pros: Full fine dining experience , Atmosphere , Local ingredients

Relatively small, and cozy restaurant.

Vegan possible, but needs to be informed ahead (e.g. with reservation). I had a vegan surprise menu, and am very (positively) surprised by the served dishes. They mainly use local and seasonal ingredients.

Pros: Service, Atmosphere

Cons: No vegan options a la carte
