Tasty homemade food - Edit
A very nice restaurant in Tozeur. They understood vegetarianism and I think most things are vegan on the vegetarian menu. Shakshuka comes with half an egg.

Understood veganism which seems rare in Tunisia. Friendly staff and the food was the best we had in Tunisia. Not expensive.

Wonderful place with a veggie menu! - Edit
My partner and I ate here 3 different times while in town, covering the whole vegetarian menu. The owner was there and spoke English well, so we explained what vegan was and he went over all of the items they currently had on that menu and said they were all vegan.

The mittabaga and veggie couscous that are on the menu were my favorite!
