Not a good restaurant for vegans

The only thing that was marked ”vegan” on the menu was a burger, but they were out of the relevant ingredients to make it when we were there. One waiter told us that they could make some other dishes vegan, but when we were about to order an other waiter told us that they were out of the ingridients for these too. The only thing they could make vegan was a pasta-dish, so I ordered that. However, when the waiter came with the food the pasta was covered in cheese. When we told them that we were dissapointed we at least didnt have to pay for the pasta.

Desastroso

Pros: Nada

Cons: Caro y mal servicio

No idea of what vegan/vegetarian is

Good food overall, a little bit pricy however. Thing is I ordered a starter and main course which were marked as '100% vegan', but they were drenched in cheese. Good thing I'm actually a vegetarian. Maybe they do not have an idea of what vegan/vegetarian stands for.

Confusing menu, great location

We arrived here tired and famished, and the staff were kind enough to seat us at a long table upstairs next to a kids' area where our kids could play as they waited for their food. The crying magically stopped! That alone is worth major points!!!
The food was a little pricey, but the most baffling part was that while the menu included an icon to denote vegan items, these same items also had icons denoting non-vegan ingredients, such as eggs, milk, or fish. When I asked the server about this, she tried to clarify by telling me that I could eat a certain salad since it had all vegetable ingredients such as Parmesan. So perhaps they don't have a very good concept of what being a vegan is...
However...
The olives they brought out before the meal were delicious. I was able to get some patatas bravas without the aioli sauce and a salad (without Parmesan), and both were very tasty. My kids split a vegan hamburger (which came with Terra chips). Our meat-eating companions and their kids also enjoyed their meals.
So the moral of the story is: don't trust the menu but you can probably still have a good meal and a relaxing time here.

Pros: Kids' area upstairs with toys and books

Cons: Confusing menu

Pretty expensive for Barcelona but food is good

When we visited last Sagrada Familia we looked for a restaurant to eat dinner.
We found this pretty new looking restaurant which has a nice interior and ordered some tapas.
I had spicy patata bravas and vegan Sam.
It was not explained what vegan Sam was so I was a bit surprised when it turned out to be 2 raddicio salat leaves filled with salad of tomatoes, strawberries and some other veggies. The taste was really good, but 9€ seemed a lot for that.

Pros: Clearly labeled vegan dishes

Cons: Quite expensive
