Chicken broth in the vegetarian dishes

Asked if they could make one of the clearly marked vegetarian dishes vegan, and the server told me they couldn’t because they used chicken broth. Once questioned about it the server were very rude and didn’t seem they understood why it was an issue. Two of the vegetarian dishes were completely vegan, the rest all contained chicken broth. The vegan dishes were good.

Really nice place

There were several dishes on the menu marked as vegetarian, and the waitress explained which ones would be possible to make vegan. She also took care to ask the chef which other dishes were possible to make vegan.
I chose the fried vegetables with tofu and cashews and it was delicious. I will definitely visit this restaurant again.

Cons: More sauce would be nice in the dish I had
