Solid options and open late

This place was close to my hotel and open late. It was a perfect spot to eat late at 11pm after a long day out and about 8 hours since my lunch.

There is a clear vegan section for the mains but for other things I was relying on allergy labelling - something I don't like to do as it's often not actually correct in a lot of restaurants. I got a tofu masala, rice and a plain naan. I didn't realise I was getting rice but I assume that all mains come with rice. The tofu masala was solid. The sauce was creamy and well flavoured. The tofu had a good texture and there was plenty of it. The only other vegetable I remember picking was peas. The naan was okay, it was a bit too crispy in too many places for my liking but I'm glad to have a bread!

I ordered a drink and also asked for tap water. I was told they don't serve tap water. I chose not to pay for water and they actually brought me out a glass of tap of water with my food.

I'm not rushing to recommend this place but if you're staying in one of the many hotels mere moments away and are looking for a vegan meal late at night this place will do the job nicely.

Good Indian restaurant

Several vegetarian options available along with several vegan options.
Staff were very friendly and were able to answer any questions as to whether certain items were vegan or not.
Vegan main courses were clearly marked in the menu.
Very tasty!

Pros: Tasty food, Friendly service, Not expensive
