Favorite restaurant in Georgia! - Edit
An absolutely flawless experience -- so good that we eagerly returned the next day to try even more items from the menu! The views & atmosphere are beautiful (music is lovely), and the food... mind-blowing! It's clear that each dish is really created with care and attention to detail, especially when it comes to balancing textured and flavors (with amazing touches of acidity!!) Their homemade berry lemonade is delicious, the melted cheese dip was incredible, presentation is gorgeous, everything is cooked to perfection... and the absolute highlight had to be the Qaba cake! We split one the first day (we split the pelamushi too, which is absolutely amazing), and the next day got one qaba cake each. Overall Maisi was a true highlight from our trip to Kazbegi!
