Great beers and food

The beers here are great. I was very happy when I asked about the mushroom tartare and the waiter said it's vegan. It was really good, with mushrooms, beets, dried chickpeas, and herbs. I also ordered the veggie burger, which I made vegan by asking for it without cheese or mayo. The patty was black bean and vegetables, it fell apart really easily, however it was by far the best veggie burger I've had during my trip in the Gaspé region. Overall we were very happy with our stop here. The restaurant was very busy and they were turning away people who didn't have a reservation.
